Multi-coloured Monkee Menagerie

On Sunday, we were listening to this, possibly the best album in the whole wide world EVER* , which was very apt as it reminded me of this little project I was working on ......

..... why, it's "jest" HP25

..... part of a range of multi-coloured monkees that will be going into my shop tomorrow at 10 pm UK time. I know I said "early this week", but it's slipped back to "midweek ..... in fact, getting on for late week". Sorry.

HP's 21 - 25

Also, apologies if the time doesn't suit some people who may want one of the primates, but I'm trying to mix and match the times I open my shop so that more people have a chance to bagsy one.

Oops, I was nearly forgetting this little fellow ......

HP26 ..... he'll be there too. Don't hate him because he's not psychedelic.

* in my humble opinion

oh oh oh I NEED either the blue one or the red one. 10pm? At night? After my bedtime? I shall stay up with a flask of hot chocolate camped by the laptop. Either that or I'll forget and be devasted.

Lovin' the jester monkee. Reminds me of Mr Claypole (Rentaghost?)

Your needles must be wearing away. How on earth do you manage to keep monkeying away? Well done you.

Cool monkees - particularly the Marillion one!! My brother used to love that album!

And this time the blooming lap top that works is broken (after my wonderful husband got angry with it and hit it...a little too hard perhaps?) so I am on the old fashioned 1860s wind up/steam powered one. It takes a week to refresh a page. I started writing this a month ago, you know.

I am starting to believe that a monkee is not destined to be with me...but I shall try my damnest to rescue one of them from your clutches, madam!!!!

But, thank you for Marillion, ah, fond memories of my once handsome (now hideous) first boyfriend....[off she goes in a nostalgic bubble]

Oh my word MM - they are all just wonderful. We like the rainbow hues of HP25. We also like his fluffy friend. Then there's the blue stripy one...
Ruby and I want to rescue one too so we'll be hovering.

ooooooooh! what a kerrrrazzeee chimptastic kaliedoscope of kolors!

(sorry, i was aiming for the amusing alliterationy thing ms. locket-rocket-pocket does so well...but clearly i should leave it to her, since i am rubbish!)

i for one LOVE the way you are varying the times of the monkee shoppee debuts in order that, regardless of our linternational location, we can all have a chance of gettin' in first! (& i'm not just saying that b/c 10pm uk is 6pm my time! ...OOF...especially since i've just realized i will be at the dreaded dentist then sigh ah well, maybe i will get *HP26*??!)

Good morning all! I'm hoping to purchase a monkee next time shop opens. I've even added an extra clock to my computer screen with GMT on it so I can be in the right place at the right time. Of course that only works if I've the correct time on the clock. I guess we'll see. This current batch of monkees are lovely colors and such a happy looking bunch!

Ooh, lots of lovely colourful monkees... hurrah!

I'm glad to see that you've totted up your past primates and worked out a number for HP?. And that you've now given him some eyes, of course :o)

I can only assume that you've been trying out a new range of mushrooms. Or else you had rather too much wine. Or maybe even that you had too many scraps of wool left over. Or even all 3 reasons.

MM you are completely bonkers. These are great little monkee fellows - bright and jolly and very festive. Ho ho ho!

I love them all! I am going to try to find out our time difference now!!

They are all fab and seeing as I currently have knitted one monkee leg, I will be finding ways to stay awake to 11pm my time, which is way, way, way past my bedtime.

Congratulations MM - another great Monkee sale!! This was my first try (HP24 you know we love you!!) and I'm amazed. Who are these people with the superfast commenting skills? Do they take steroids to enhance their performance? Do they know some special commenting tricks that is mere mortals do not possess? It's like the Harrods sale only more frantic!!!
What have you started woman??
