perhaps you need to practice? Maybe more than once a weekend will increase your chances of getting a really good muffin?

Are they your orange photos? Its just I cant help thinking how lovely they are and wondering why you fell off HSMS when you take such smashing photos.

Wow some stunning orange shots there Mrs Monkee Maker. BUT the best one has to be the last one without a doubt. Only wish I could partake but my hips just wouldn't take it. x

You know. I knew there was an orange knitted thingie coming. I knew it. And I was still blown away by the Orangtuan. DD has just lauched herself across the living room from the sofa screaming "orangootang!".

Now we're progressing to the "Mummy, can you knit me an orangootang? Please. Can you? It will go well with my other knitted things. Please. Please, can you?"

Monkee Maker - you have a lot to answer for!!

(PLEASE tell me the orange dude is going in the shop!!! - and when! (so I can camp out be the PC ;)).

oo... and Mmmmmmmmmmmm muffins *homer drool*

I'm in love with the Orangtuan! Guess he wouldn't be that great for sharing muffins with though????

Very cute orangutan - has he been named. Love the sunrise pic.

I'm thinking the orange person has been at the same fake tan as Robert Kilroy-Silk?

I laughed out loud at the inscription 'gratuitous muffin shot' ... so much so that the kids came running to see and then couldn't work out what so funny about a cake. *blush*

Gorgeous photos - I really enjoyed your 'orange period'. So to speak.

Oh now he is one gorgeous hairy orange-utan and I love the casual pose on the fence (middle pic bottom row). I'm not going to show Mr H the purple one just in case he gets a bit excited.

*heads to ebay to find orange hairy wool*

One day I'll calculate the HP to save me having to do full size ones!!

For a moment there I thought you'd gone all Sesame Street on us... but I should have guessed there'd be some monkee and/or muffin content in there too :o) Brill monkee, and very tasty-looking muffin... looks like there's plenty of choccie chunks... mmm...
VCxx

PS ...today's comment has been brought to you by the letter M, and by the colour green... for envy about the muffin...

See, I knew you were a knitting Goddess. That orange-utan is the best monkey yet - apart from Vera and 007. Have you smashed the bunny's head in yet?

YEY! ORANGE-UTAN! He's fab and would match my floor very nicely (yes, I know...and orange LINO floor). That fluffy yarn was made for monkee making.
Oh and that muffin shot had me drooling...nice :)

Found your site via Little Cotton Rabbits and the post about your trip to St Ives made us all laugh out loud! We have a big Jelly Cat monkey called Button (who was photographed wearing a party hat for our daughter's birthday card last month) so we can appreciate where you're coming from. She was born in the Chinese Year of the Monkey and so has lots of monkey things. We also celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary recently but on the Sunday before yours; we didn't swap cards either but enjoyed a really nice meal together at home in the evening. Just wanted to tell you that I've included your site on my blog - www.beingcreative.me.uk - and to say please keep that sense of humour coming;the world doesn't laugh enough!
