On Friday we went for a rather lovely nature walk. We saw lots of flora and fauna ......
...... and this cute nut-munching squirrel .......
..... and a knitted monkey, swinging through the trees .......
Ain't nature grand?
Yeah sure, so he's looking a little grubby, and rough around the edges, but this monkey has lived!Whereas that new monkey on the block? He's just a 007 wannabe.

Oh 007, I'm so very sorry. I really didn't mean to hurt your feelings. It is true, you have seen so much more of life and done so many things, you are a real 'Monkey of the World'. The little guy looked so cute all new and tiny, just like a new baby, but having seen him with that mask on, he is so obviously trying to be more like you. Handsome. Dashing. Debonair.
